Cor Uys, previously employed by the Retail Division of Skyline Buildings Ltd. in Auckland, has recently acquired the Skyline Distributorship for West Auckland. This area covers the erstwhile municipal boundaries of Waitakere City and includes Whenuapai, Riverhead, Kumeu, Waimauku, Wharepapa, Helensville and Parakai.

Cor also operates as Caretaker Distributor for the Rodney Distributor area which ranges from the northern boundary of North Shore up to and including Wellsford.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Cor manages the overall business affairs of the company, focusing on Sales and Planning whilst his son in law, Donovan Prinsloo, is in charge of Building Operations. The company’s qualified subcontractors have been building for Skyline for many years ensuring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry that guarantees a smooth building process and an end product that does the Skyline brand proud and ensures customers get the building they desired.The company’s activities are divided into two divisions i.e. BUILDING  and PLANNING .

The PLANNING DIVISION with state of the art technology at their disposal specialises in the production of Building Plans, Preparation and Submission of applications  for Building  Consent, Recourse Consent and Subdivision and Consolidation of Sections.
